The stylobate of «Gazprom Centre» includes a central area designed for recreation and public events, open amphitheater, retail street, cafes and restaurants, an open-territory park with landscape structures, underground parking for employees and visitors.

The stylobate is located in the centre of the complex with a total area of 73 thou.sq.m.
